Since Lucy's birthday I finally opened my Etsy store. http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=8132473 Ok, so there is only one item listed, but I am working on listing more.
ECing is going great at night. So, although we aren't diaper free during the day at 1 year like I was hoping, we are diaper free at night!
Every Friday morning we go to Waldorf playgroup where we sing, hop like bunnies, eat snacks, play games and make new friends. It is more than just a playgroup, Mama learns how to make toys, acquires new parenting skills and receives information on how to help Lucy be creative, imaginative and confident in all she does. Yesterday morning was a meeting for just the mommies and it was wonderful to discuss all that we learn from Ms. Connie, each other and our beautiful children.
Here is the Waldorf teacher, Ms. Connie, showing Lucy the slides.
Without a diaper on
Eating is messy and fun. Raisins, okra, bananas, hummus, apples and potatoes are some favorites.

Playing with yarn, wrapping it around the island

Lucy covering Papa's tables for a potty break. Who needs Mama? They've got everything figured out. ;-)
Sitting in the swing
New favorite spot to sit and explore, on top of the stereo that sits on top of the printer.
This crib is not just for dolls!
Every time the fridge opens, a soda bottle, the ketchup, the peanut butter or something else usually gets a ride around the house.
Walking the high chair

Kissies from silly Papa who's #1 goal is to make the baby laugh
What fun are toys when they are all cleaned up?
Notice how Lucy likes to sit in things
She has figured out how to open the cabinets and after she pulled out the spaghetti strainer, she had to sit in it.
Hallo Mama!Tomorrow will probably be Lucy's first trip to the dentist. She fell with a block in her mouth and we want to make sure her teeth and gums are ok. She is acting fine, but her gums are definitely bruised.
