Nachschoop

When I told Jason about the tie dying, he wasn't too excited about it so I didn't make him anything. Then he was super sad he didn't have any matching outfits with his ladies, so I did this shirt. Next to it is some cotton yarn I dyed.

Some thoughts on tie dying:

* start early so you have enough daylight (we started @ 5pm and had to finish in the dark)
* much easier without babies running around (I was the only one not baby free, boo)
* less is more: I like the creations where I used less colors more
* wear gloves: we went through a 30ct box of disposible gloves, so next time we should just all buy one pair of diswashing gloves (I used these at home and they were awesome)
* use one size bigger than you need since the items need to be washed in hot water after the dying is done. Some of the items don't fit since they shrunk a little :-(

A couple of Lucy's bday gifts, a teddy bear

And her party flags. I couldn't get a pic of all of them on the table because my little helper kept pulling them off.

I forgot to mention in the last post that she waves and says 'bye bye' now. Not all the time and more at random times than when we want her to, but it is super adorable!

As far as ECing goes (using the potty), we have been doing great at night, only 2-3 misses in the past couple of months, but during the day is pretty rocky. She doesn't give clear cues when she has to go, and she usually does not care if she is wet. But, since we never keep a diaper cover on her, at least she gets changed right away, so she doesn't walk around in a wet diaper for long.

I tried out a new way to wrap Lucy on my back. The pic isn't that great, but to show how she's wrapped, but I think it is a cute pic of her. She sorta looks like shes floating around in the livingroom, hehe. Speaking of wraps, I just bought a new, red, shorter wrap that I need to wash and use. Yay!

On other notes: I have been learning a little more about football since Jason is obsessed with fantasy football. Its not as boring as I originally thought... :-) I know Jason appreciates that I am catching on.
